Eriksen thankful for the support he received

According to an article published by Skysports, Christian Eriksen has expressed his thanks for the goodwill messages he has received after suffering a cardiac arrest during Denmark’s Euro 2020 opener, and says he is “fine, under the circumstances”.

Eriksen has now addressed the public for the first time since the incident via a tweet from the Danish FA’s account, which read: “Hello everyone. Big thanks for your sweet and amazing greetings and messages from all around the world. It means a lot to me and my family. Skysport reports.

“I’m fine – under the circumstances. I still have to go through some examinations at the hospital, but I feel okay.
“Now, I will cheer on the boys on the Denmark team in the next matches. Play for all of Denmark. Best, Christian.” A message from @ChrisEriksen8.
